What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data
• develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• coordinate care delivery and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• provide health information and learning opportunities
• participate in discharge planning
• delegate and coordinate team duties. RN licensure, CPR or BLS, and AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS are required
• BSN and acute-care experience are preferred.
