What you'll do

• Transport clients to and from non-emergency medical appointments, therapy sessions, and healthcare facilities
• assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices
• maintain trip logs, mileage records, and regulatory documentation
• communicate with clients, caregivers, dispatchers, and medical staff
• conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections
• follow scheduled routes and adapt to changes or urgent transport needs
• uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
