What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency-response activities
• receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch service calls, alarms, incidents, and security requests
• monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms, and other site systems
• maintain dispatch logs and incident records
• coordinate resources and escalate unusual activity or critical incidents.
