What you'll do

• Check daily arrivals for VIPs and guests with special needs
• assist guests in the lobby and at the front door
• respond to requests and inquiries
• collect, deliver, and track luggage
• escort guests to rooms and explain amenities
• tag and store baggage and personal items
• deliver messages and packages
• provide and collect loaned items
• maintain luggage records
• assist with telephone inquiries.
