The Business Services Manager — Nonprofit Operations role is onsite in Greeley, CO. Pay is $48,000–$60,000 per year. Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County serves more than 1,000 youth annually through programs focused on academic success, character development, healthy lifestyles, and life and workforce readiness. The manager provides financial, data, and administrative support for day-to-day operations. By maintaining accurate financial and donor records, databases, reports, calendars, and cross-functional coordination, the role helps organizational leaders and program teams make informed decisions and serve youth.

What you'll do

• Coordinate financial administration with the external accounting firm and leadership
• track and code revenue and expenses
• support accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile credit card expenses
• maintain donor records and process gifts and grant income in Salesforce
• prepare donor acknowledgments and tax documentation
• maintain CRM and membership databases
• conduct data audits
• produce fundraising, membership, attendance, and financial reports
• support calendars and board meetings
• assist with policies and workflow improvements
• coordinate information across departments and partners.
