What you'll do

• Manage prospect information, notes, meetings, tasks, and service agreements in Salesforce
• create and update proposals and presentation materials
• provide calendar and scheduling support
• prepare reports, dashboards, and sales analyses
• coordinate performance and activity reporting
• attend sales meetings
• collaborate with business development colleagues and other departments
• research prospects
• assist with special projects.
