What you'll do

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, fitness areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
• replenish restroom supplies
• collect and dispose of trash and recycling
• monitor property appearance and address issues
• clean entryways, glass doors, and interior windows
• assist with cleaning vacant apartments as directed
• maintain equipment and supplies
• report maintenance concerns, hazards, damage, or repair needs
• follow safe handling and storage procedures for cleaning products
• assist with seasonal cleaning and special projects
• respond professionally to resident requests.

Why this role
