What you'll do

• Supervise and direct service staff during events.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Organize and oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of functions.
• Maintain communication between staff, kitchen, and management.
• Present banquet invoices for signature.
