What you'll do

• Resolve outstanding insurance and patient balances
• investigate claim denials and EOB discrepancies
• communicate with insurers
• refile and track claims
• handle medical records and insurance documentation
• answer patient billing questions
• update account status and collections workflows
• prepare accounts for collection agency placement
• process mail and payment batches.
