What you'll do

• Collect medical histories, vitals, prescriptions, and test results and update charts
• coordinate schedules, appointments, referrals, and authorizations
• assist providers with clinical operations and in-office procedures
• submit and follow up on lab and imaging orders
• document visits and communications, including telehealth
• use AI with scribing
• review charting
• handle assigned administrative tasks
• maintain a clean, sanitized environment and follow OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
