What you'll do

• Expedite daily operational functions
• supervise airport ramp operations and cargo loading and unloading
• supervise warehouse sorting of international shipments
• oversee back-office flight monitoring and network updates
• coordinate with U.S. Customs and DHL Imports
• manage business-partner relationships and special projects
• maintain quality systems
• manage KPIs and costs
• assist with budget preparation
• provide staff guidance and training
• supervise, hire, coach, and develop 8–12 unionized staff
• assign work and manage performance.
