• Develop sourcing strategies and cost-reduction initiatives
• evaluate local and global supply, make-or-buy options, and dual sourcing
• qualify and develop suppliers
• manage supplier performance, audits, capacity planning, supply issues, launches, engineering changes, and disputes
• negotiate and administer pricing agreements
• collaborate across functions
• improve procurement processes
• lead and develop team members.
