What you'll do

• Review and update patient records before appointments
• greet and guide patients
• conduct initial screening, take blood pressure and medical history, and document in the electronic medical record
• assist with treatment procedures
• prepare injections using sterile techniques and bloodborne pathogen protocols
• draw medications
• complete physician orders and arrange tests and authorizations
• enter diagnoses and visit levels as directed
• clean exam rooms
• respond to patient messages and calls
• authorize prescription refills as directed.
