Guest Service Agent

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer phones and route calls
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• maintain confidential guest records and accurate cash records
• complete front desk paperwork
• conduct property walks
• help maintain lobby and common areas
• assist with breakfast service, wake-up calls, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed.
