The Superintendent coordinates crews, manages day-to-day site operations, and ensures compliance with all safety policies and regulations.

What you'll do

• Lead field operations
• Coordinate forepersons and crews
• Monitor and improve crew productions
• Plan daily schedules
• Communicate with owners, agencies, and inspectors
• Manage day-to-day job site operations
• Monitor site safety controls
• Attend meetings and provide technical assistance.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/marine engineering/construction management preferred

Experience

5-10 years' experience in a bridge/heavy highway/marine construction field, 3-5 years' supervisory experience
