What you'll do

• Lead MEP coordination and execution from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
• manage bid packages, subcontractor selection, and contract execution for MEP trades
• develop and maintain MEP schedules aligned with project milestones and commissioning
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost control
• facilitate MEP meetings and coordinate with field teams, design partners, and subcontractors.
