What you'll do

• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts
• develop long-term financial models and scenario analyses
• analyze financial performance and variances
• prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• partner with plant, operations, and supply chain leaders
• lead product costing and profitability analysis
• evaluate capital expenditures and automation initiatives
• improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools.
