Design Consultant

The Design Consultant role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with showroom and outside marketing work. Compensation is a base salary of $63,000–$69,000 per year plus a commission plan. The consultant develops and grows a client portfolio by advising architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners, translating their needs into product solutions, and managing sales from initial discussion through order. The role builds client loyalty and market share through relationship development, outreach, and strong service.

What you'll do

• Market Waterworks products to assigned clients and company-provided leads
• meet marketing, quote, order, and sales goals
• cultivate client relationships and pursue new clients through networking and territory outreach
• develop marketing plans
• meet clients in offices, virtually, or in the showroom
• manage projects from initial meetings through product selection, quotes, follow-up, and payment
• report pipeline and project status using CRM
• participate in industry and showroom events.
