The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is onsite in Weatherford, TX. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The role supports SONIC Drive-In’s daily restaurant operations and guest service in the Weatherford community. Working with the General Manager, the assistant manager helps ensure food service is delivered safely, cleanly, and efficiently. The role leads and develops team members, manages staffing and supplies, addresses guest concerns, and supports operational and sales performance.

What you'll do

• Manage, train, monitor, and coach crew members, carhops, and skating carhops
• assign employees to meet food-service standards
• perform opening and/or closing duties
• prepare schedules and adjust staffing
• monitor inventory and order supplies within cost controls
• maintain employment and payroll records
• reinforce customer service
• respond to guest requests and assist with complaints
• interview and hire team members
• prepare operational reports and action plans
• develop and implement a marketing plan.
