The Service and Parts Advisor role is onsite in Zanesville, OH, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; pay is $50,000–$60,000 per year. Truck Service, Inc. provides medium- and heavy-duty vehicle repair, service, and parts. The advisor coordinates repair work from vehicle intake and estimates through scheduling, parts sourcing, billing, and customer follow-up. The role also manages operational tasks and customer orders for the leaf spring fabrication department, supporting efficient service and parts operations.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and assist or direct callers
• greet customers and gather vehicle and service information
• create repair orders and estimates
• communicate with customers, technicians, and managers
• help schedule work and assign repair orders
• source and manage parts
• ensure quality inspections and accurate billing
• process payments and customer follow-up
• manage leaf spring department customer orders, work orders, inventory, and purchasing
• assist with parts sales, inventory, merchandising, and housekeeping.
