The role works with Tax, Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, IT, business units, tax jurisdictions, and external providers to improve processes, data analysis, and tax technology.

What you'll do

• Complete indirect tax compliance and reporting for U.S. state and local sales, use, gross receipts, property, and unclaimed property taxes, as well as Canadian GST and VAT
• lead sales and use tax nexus determinations, registrations, and renewals
• manage tax payments, notices, and correspondence
• prepare W-9s and annual federal 1099 reporting
• manage sales tax exemption certificates
• improve and automate processes
• assist with policies, tax technology implementations, audits, compliance, research, and analysis.

Why this role
