What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineers through weekly sprint cycles and delivery milestones
• drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• prioritize engineering work based on business impact, technical debt, and resources
• translate product and hardware requirements into tasks and user stories
• facilitate productivity through standups, one-on-ones, and cross-team coordination
• partner with product and design
• track velocity, sprint health, and delivery metrics
• improve processes.
