Switchgear Expeditor — First Shift

What you'll do

• Monitor production requirements and identify needed parts and materials
• track shortages and communicate potential delays
• coordinate with Purchasing, Materials, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving
• follow up on purchase orders and backorders
• expedite critical deliveries
• deliver or coordinate material movement
• verify received items and resolve missing or misplaced parts
• maintain shortage, delivery, and inventory records
• review work orders, bills of materials, drawings, and production documentation
• organize staging areas and maintain a safe work area.
