What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• create and maintain an inviting, stocked department
• order produce and maintain accurate inventory
• manage margin, cost of goods, and department profitability
• keep produce fresh, full, and abundant
• cull, crisp, rotate, and store produce properly
• ensure certified organic produce is ordered and received
• receive orders
• train and monitor staff
• merchandise shelves and displays
• assist with interviewing and hiring
• handle register functions as needed
• open and close the store
• work evenings, weekends, and holidays as store needs require.
