What you'll do

• Assess patients' nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide education on healthy eating habits, instruct patients on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and care disciplines, evaluate referral orders, document information in medical records, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
