Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The Commercial HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in York, PA, with compensation of $35–$55 per hour. Energy Transfer Solutions, part of the AIR Control Concepts family, provides HVAC equipment, parts, controls, and services to commercial and industrial clients. The technician installs, services, starts up, troubleshoots, and optimizes commercial HVAC systems. The role supports customer comfort, system reliability, and energy efficiency through maintenance, repairs, clear documentation, and customer communication.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve commercial HVAC system issues
• perform preventive maintenance and optimize system performance
• communicate with clients and recommend improvements
• coordinate scheduling and follow-up
• complete service reports and work orders
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• participate in the on-call rotation
• provide occasional mentorship to junior technicians.
