The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is an onsite role based in Coos Bay, OR. The salary range is $50.00 to $55.00 per year. This position supports the rehabilitation team at Life Care Center of Coos Bay, a skilled nursing facility. This role exists to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

• Provide direct rehab care in speech therapy
• establish, assess, and modify functional goals
• chart appropriately and timely
• utilize therapy software
• exhibit excellent customer service
• assist in the evacuation of patients
• demonstrate dependable attendance
• communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• maintain active license
• maintain CPR certification
• participate in community health projects
• liaison with patients and families.
