HVAC Foreman

The foreman oversees field crews and coordinates schedules, materials, equipment, inspections, and trade partners to keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with plans, codes, and company standards. The role also troubleshoots systems, supports project communication, and mentors team members.

What you'll do

• Lead field teams and coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and resources
• oversee inspections and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
• attend job-site meetings and provide updates
• diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform system tests
• interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• mentor team members
• maintain knowledge of applicable codes
• create RFIs and communicate project updates
• review estimates with the project manager
• coordinate timely material and equipment delivery.
