What you'll do

• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean breakfast bar
• take inventory and order or purchase food supplies
• prepare fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
• arrange serving dishes and cold foods
• clear and clean tables, wipe spills, remove trash, and restock self-service items
• wash and store serving equipment
• clean floors and common-area surfaces
• report safety hazards, lost items, and maintenance problems
• provide guest service.
