What you'll do

• Provide guidance across talent management, performance management, organizational change, policy and process implementation, and team performance
• develop HR plans and change-management plans
• partner on recruiting, selection, restructuring, and workforce reductions as needed
• coordinate with HR centers of excellence
• oversee site labor relations
• represent the Freight Global Services Supply Chain HR Leader as needed
• manage and coach an HR Generalist
• and advise leaders, managers, employees, and peers.

Why this role
