What you'll do

• Generate daily invoices and apply postage, freight, and sales taxes when applicable
• calculate and update job commissionable amounts
• prepare monthly inventory storage and customer batch invoices
• track expenses and contractor hosting payouts
• review postage requests
• investigate invoice questions and discrepancies
• contact customers regarding aging accounts
• provide backup for posting payments to client accounts and job files.

Why this role
