Job overview

The Restaurant Team Member role is onsite in Pensacola, FL. Pay is $15 per hour. CAVA’s restaurant teams prepare food and create guest experiences. The team member helps deliver a welcoming, memorable restaurant visit by assisting guests, preparing and assembling orders, and maintaining food quality and cleanliness. The role may cross-train across restaurant functions to support growth.

What you'll do

• Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested
• follow recipes and procedures

• keep the serving line, dining room, restrooms, and restaurant clean and organized
• put deliveries away
