The intern helps customers resolve product issues, understand and implement software, and improve their experience with Skyward. The work supports customer satisfaction and retention while providing hands-on experience alongside the department’s full-time representatives.

What you'll do

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues through voice, electronic, and in-person channels
• analyze root causes and communicate solutions
• respond to service calls
• provide implementation guidance and product training onsite or virtually
• document product defects and enhancement needs
• support customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.
