The specialist provides owner-side cost control and reporting for data center construction projects. By validating contractor costs, forecasts, invoices, and contract compliance, the role supplies project leadership with reliable information for financial and project decisions.

What you'll do

• Review and validate contractor budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis against owner budgets and contract terms
• validate cash flow forecasts
• track long-lead equipment and major MEP procurement costs
• review and approve invoices, purchase orders, commitments, and change orders
• support earned value reporting
• reconcile contractor data with owner systems
• enforce contractual cost and reporting requirements
• prepare owner-side cost reports and independent analysis.
