The IT Support Specialist role is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX, with an annual salary range of $70,000–$85,000. The specialist supports users and enterprise systems, maintains infrastructure, and advances process automation. The work spans ERP and SAP support, databases, user access, troubleshooting, system administration, collaboration tools, and IT documentation, including support for the global IT team as needed.

What you'll do

• Support ERP and SAP implementation, training, integration, and operations
• develop automation and process improvements
• run SQL queries, manage databases, and support cloud data solutions
• administer user access through Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• troubleshoot Windows 11, Teams, VoIP, SharePoint, and audiovisual equipment
• help maintain Windows Server, SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake environments
• maintain IT documentation and procedures
• assist Global URGO IT as needed. Up to 10% travel is expected.
