What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standard operating procedures
• maintain product quality, portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules
• stock food products at line stations
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• handle, store, and rotate products properly
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods
• close kitchen stations using checklists
• attend team meetings
• perform related duties as assigned.
