What you'll do

• Oversee assigned community operations
• develop budgets, forecasts, and sales and marketing plans
• manage leasing, rent collection, resident retention, and occupancy
• analyze financial results and NOI
• supervise and develop staff
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, contracts, and improvement projects
• maintain resident service and safety.
