Personal Fitness Trainer

The Personal Fitness Trainer role is onsite in Hillsboro, OR. Compensation is $40,000–$60,000 per year. The trainer assesses clients’ fitness levels and develops individualized programs for one-on-one and small-group training. By tracking progress, teaching safe technique, and supporting members’ goals, the role contributes to a welcoming club experience and helps clients pursue fitness and wellness objectives.

What you'll do

• Conduct individualized fitness evaluations
• create personalized workout routines suited to clients’ goals and physical capabilities
• teach safe exercise techniques to reduce injury risk
• track client progress and adjust fitness plans
• lead small-group training
• build and maintain a client base
• complete training-related administrative tasks
• and assist with equipment organization, policy enforcement, and member relationships.
