Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Haverhill, MA, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The position supports the Dietary Department at Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, preparing and serving food according to menus and residents’ therapeutic diets. The aide helps ensure residents receive appropriate meals and nourishment safely and on time. The role also supports food-service operations through stocking, sanitation, equipment care, and maintaining an orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the dietician and Food Service Manager on production sheets and menus
• prepare, portion, and serve food and beverages according to menus and therapeutic diets
• prepare and deliver nourishments
• set up trays and meal settings according to diet cards
• store food and supplies
• stock the Dietary Department
• wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
• clean assigned work areas.
