What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro Workforce Management modules focused on leave of absence, timekeeping, and attendance
• build and validate data views, reports, dashboards, and extracts
• gather requirements and assess impacts with Leave Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT
• support regression and user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness
• resolve end-user tickets
• maintain procedures, job aids, test scripts, and support documentation
• analyze recurring issues and recommend configuration or process improvements
• contribute to roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects.
