The nurse works with physicians and patients to provide outpatient care, support ongoing patient relationships, and help the practice deliver coordinated clinical services. The role includes assessments, procedures, triage, care coordination, education, and accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• assess patients and document findings
• administer medications and immunizations
• perform EKGs, spirometry, ear irrigations, and IV therapy within RN scope
• triage calls and communicate test results
• coordinate referrals, testing, and follow-up
• educate patients
• process refill requests
• maintain electronic records
• support OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and quality initiatives.
