What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15–20 concurrent requisitions
• advise hiring managers on role scope, leveling, market positioning, and interview design
• manage candidate experience and offer processes
• use recruiting data and market intelligence to guide hiring
• build passive-talent networks
• partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on offer strategy and internal equity
• contribute to employer-branding, sourcing, analytics, and interview-design projects.
