What you'll do

• Develop campus recruiting strategies
• build relationships with career services, faculty, student organizations, and university stakeholders
• manage internship and campus ambassador programs
• plan and attend career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and interviews
• guide candidates through applications and interviews
• promote the company on campus and social media
• track recruiting metrics
• collaborate with hiring managers and HR.
