Facilities Maintenance Technician — Multi-Unit Support

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, supporting multiple Midas automotive service locations. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. The role supports Legacy Golden Touch Enterprises’ Midas shops by maintaining safe, functional facilities and equipment. The technician inspects, maintains, and repairs hydraulic lifts, shop equipment, and building systems, and carries out preventive maintenance across assigned locations. The role also documents work, supports safety compliance, and helps reduce downtime through repairs and equipment installations.

What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic lifts, alignment racks, and related systems
• perform safety checks and document them
• troubleshoot hydraulic issues
• service tire machines, wheel balancers, alignment machines, brake lathes, and shop air systems
• coordinate calibration and vendor service
• perform general building repairs
• maintain HVAC filters and ventilation
• execute preventive maintenance
• maintain logs and equipment records
• support safety concerns, remodels, installations, relocations, and emergency repairs.
