What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and instructions
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures and presentation standards
• maintain service records and follow ticket collection procedures
• clean the kitchen and store or discard excess food safely
• keep refrigerators and storerooms organized
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
