The Precision Tooling Pattern Maker (Aerospace Foundry) is an onsite role based in Prior Lake, MN. This role exists to build and maintain pattern tooling, fixtures, and mold components, ensuring casting accuracy and efficiency. The Pattern Maker interprets complex 2D and 3D blueprints to produce core geometries, contributing directly to the production of critical aerospace components.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain pattern tooling, fixtures, and mold components
• integrate gating designs into mold layouts
• produce complex core geometries from engineering blueprints
• interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings
• establish mold lines and parting geometries
• support bench work including fixture construction and rigging
• participate in tooling improvement initiatives
• maintain a safe and organized workspace
• follow all safety, environmental, and HAZMAT procedures.
