What you'll do

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians
• schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• ensure preventive maintenance is performed regularly
• perform maintenance tasks and provide guidance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
• ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records
• track performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with flexibility; on-call as needed for emergency maintenance. Previous maintenance-supervisor or similar leadership experience is preferred.
