• Oversee daily airport security screening operations and personnel
• manage supervisors, screening officers, schedules, and coverage
• ensure compliance with TSA regulations and security procedures
• coordinate with airport management, TSA representatives, and internal leadership
• monitor performance, attendance, training, and certifications
• maintain reports and staffing records
• address operational issues and corrective actions
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention.
