What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• advise on project solutions and offer add-on sales when appropriate
• learn product lines and industry trends
• prepare takeoffs, estimates, quotes, orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• respond to product, pricing, order, and delivery inquiries
• verify orders and obtain customer sign-off
• order products and address discrepancies
• process returns and follow up on credits
• follow up with customers through project completion
• support point-of-sale, inventory, store opening and closing, and safety tasks.
