The Senior Project Manager — Restaurant & Retail Construction role is remote-based for qualified individuals living in Miami, FL, or surrounding areas, with regional travel required 50–75% as needed. Compensation is $125,000–$138,000 per year. The role supports Sevan’s multi-site construction programs for restaurant and retail tenant-improvement projects inside airport terminals. Acting as an owner’s representative, the project manager leads program delivery across multiple locations, coordinating contractors, designers, vendors, clients, and internal teams. The role oversees work from preconstruction through closeout to meet schedules, budgets, and client standards.

What you'll do

• Support proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• lead project teams
• serve as primary client contact
• source and manage contractors and vendors
• oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration
• manage changes, documentation, and reporting
• conduct kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews
• represent the company in meetings
• anticipate risks and develop solutions.
